Abstract
To create successful Internet of Things, connected devices and applications must be able to easily, and intelligently interact across silos. We will discuss how a cloud-based IoT development platform supports interoperability across vendors, and therefore creates an ecosystem. In such a system, multiple players each focus on their core strength (devices, applications, analytics, etc.) and build an end-to-end IoT solution collectively, without integration pain. We will go over the methodology and elaborate points through a case study.
